Planning and writing a live instrumental electronic set is no easy task - doing it in the middle of an African desert makes it even harder.
I want to thank my Afrikaburn team for making this pulse of magic come to life.
- Omer Inbar, for planning the perfect desert set and producing so many beautiful songs and beats.
- Tomer Mosko, for doing the same, and for bringing your calm, ease, and charm into every situation.
- Ofir Gronner, for making it happen even when it felt like it might not.
- Elan Schnider, for handling the production of the show, playing percussion, thinking ahead, and even writing a song for the set.
To my musicians, who arrived in the middle of a wild festival to play music on airplane wings - you are something else.
To the legendary Tulpa art car and the Concept Plan airplane for hosting and enabling this moment.
To all the incredible producers and friends involved in creating the music we danced to:
Omer Inbar, Tomer Mosko, Adam Ten, Omri., Rafael, Darco, Yamagucci, Elan Schnider, Dor Danino, Mishell - you are all truly talented.
My gratitude to my manager, Chen Tsur, for standing by me through the good days and the challenging ones.
Thank you to my camp, Intertwined, for your support.
And for
@afrikaburn for giving us all one special week…
Last but not least - to every single one of you who came to this Thursday sunset set (or rather, ceremony) to celebrate life together.
Thank you 🤍
Meir
