POPX v1.4.0 is here!
The big additions this round: a new Filter modifier for temporal smoothing and a major Path Tracer upgrade with NVIDIA DLSS denoising. Real-time looks cleaner and snappier than ever.
More is coming, but next I’m stepping back from development for a bit to build a proper, comprehensive POPX tutorial series. Time to make this stuff genuinely learnable.

I’ve been diving deep into optimization and emergent systems lately.
Built a brand new POPX Shortest Path solver, improved the POPX DLA, and started exploring a Space Colonization solver (still in development).
These systems are the reason I got into computer graphics in the first place. Watching complex structures emerge from simple rules never gets old.
Big thanks to @touchdesigner for providing a platform that makes this kind of research and experimentation possible.
The next POPX release is just around the corner and I’m excited to share what’s coming.
