Legoland with the family!
Had so much fun here building sets and being immersed in a Lego theme park. The inner child in me got revitalized and now I can share a core memory with my kids.
Also got to explored Nagoya a bit.
2008: Me and my high school friend group “JMR” decided to create a time capsule and bury it in my backyard. I just graduated high school and was moving to Washington state.
Fast forward 18 years and my dad calls me and tells me he planning on renovating the back of his house. I had a week to find it before the foundation was laid out. So I got to digging and digging… Was about to give up since the map we made to locate the capsule got lost over the years. To my luck @jmrmurc came and helped me dig and locate it.
The capsule which was an old SkyFlakes tin, collapsed and corrode. Many of the papers and fabric inside were lost but some happened to stood the test of time.
Wish I was able to get the boys back together to retrieve what we left many years ago but we have all grown our separate ways. Well at least I’ll immortalize it in photos.
