Had a belter of a time taking part in The Great North Run this year 🏃♂️
I don’t know what was the bigger challenge in terms of physical fitness or mental resilience - obviously wasn’t at my best and thinking on the train up after pulling a muscle in my back whether I could do it but after a few cold compresses and a few rounds with the massage gun I felt I could finish it, whether it was walking or running.
Crowd were amazing and to have the Red Arrows zipping across at the start was a memorable experience. Defo would love to do it again and would highly recommend!

I am missing our old utility room SO a much!! We converted our garage and had two clothes horses on the go for washing ☁️. Our new utility will be slightly smaller but just so grateful to have somewhere to hide the washing. Little fingers also like to steal socks 🧦✨.

Norway Part 3 🇳🇴
Norway really does live up to its name as being “The Land of Waterfalls”.
The last few days of the trip were truly challenging as the elements were against us. A huge shout out to our Guides - Callum and Amy, who kept the mood positive and all us safe.
What I really took away from the glacier trekking was how dangerous they can be without supervision and the shocking revelation that the rate they have been shrinking at globally will make them endangered in the next few years.
If you’re looking to switch off, challenge yourself and meet brilliant people... this is the trip for you !

Unapologetically Dramatic. Looking back at the next part of the adventure was surreal. The jaw dropping sights of waterfalls along the fjords and the breath taking views at the top of Stigen.
Regrettably didn’t capture kayaking into Fresvik but certainly was something to experience.

Several Months later and still dreaming of Norway. It has been an absolute pleasure putting this together and remembering the trip.
There is something special about throwing together a group of like minded individuals and going on an adventure and an adventure it certainly was!
