Remembering my grandpa, who left us one month ago. These past years, I’ve immersed myself in my grandparent’s memories, digitizing, scanning and filming their precious moments. It’s felt like I stepped into my grandpa’s vibrant life, from his days growing up in Chicago, later moving to the burbs to raise six rowdy kids and eight grandkids, to finally settling in sunny Arizona with his forever companion and true love, my grandma. Those nearly seven years we spent living together are etched deep in my mind. I can still vividly picture you walking me to the bus stop, laughing as we watched apples get squashed by passing cars, playing computer games, and listening to classical tunes in your beloved white station wagon. You were the father figure I needed, and your presence will forever be with me. Happy Father’s Day, Gramps. I love you forever ❤️

Lorraine appreciation post 🐱It’s been 7 months to the day since this baby angel left me 👼When she passed I went a little crazy on Etsy trying to buy all the memorial items I could, to try and have a piece of her with me still. A drawing, an ornament, this pillow, a replica stuffed animal (😳 still waiting on that one). She was my first true companion to pass and I still miss her dearly. She loved licking off the hair on her belly, meowing at cicadas, and spooning in bed. Love you always sweet girl 💕
