Here are a few things to note when making meat pie:
1. Use cold water, cold butter, cold wet Ingredients sha! Why? It helps the dough form nicely and it won’t be soggy in the oven
2. Wait for your filling to cool before using it or else your dough will be tearing!
3. Your filling should be moist not watery!
4. Please measure your ingredients, leave no room for ‘had I known’🫠
5. The dough doesn’t require too much kneading at the beginning because you still knead and roll the smaller pieces later
So it’s an easy but long process! Took about 4hours in total plus bake time
