The first attempt went fine ā
The second one didnāt ā
I broke my ankle and that moment turned into more than three years of pain.
Three years of learning how to deal with frustration, limits, and patience.
It wasnāt easy. At all.
But that injury also forced me to slow down and rethink everything.
I learned new ways of moving, new ways of doing parkour.
Iām incredibly grateful for the surgery I had in December 2025 It went really well, and Iām now on the road to rehab.
Iām excited to build back, stronger than before.
I really missed sharing movement with all of you š¤

Well, I know for most, itās not really parkour or itās not at all. Butā¦ do we really need to put words on everything that happens? Haha š¤£
I love the way @matt_mccreary1@eliaszimakoff@charlesaugusteee , and so many others have brought it to life. Itās something that really speaks to me, and I think Iām going to dive into it more but I think Iām not really ready to open the door to it, itās something very personal !
