After fifteen years, I went back to the Philippines, a journey that stirred old emotions long buried. It was an awakening, heavy with shame, a search for identity, a longing for belonging, and the deep ache of a community lost, yet somehow waiting to be found.
I hope this speaks to others who have walked a similar path, that they might find echoes of their own stories here, woven together with mine.
