Yesterday the Maverick "Top Guns" and "Wingmen" took on British Karting Greats - a 3 hour endurance race at the brand new Kart Silverstone venue, fundraising for @specialeffectteam
Our fantastic guest pros Callum Bradshaw @bradshawcallum and Dante Dhillon @dante.dhillon were on top form and locked out the front row of the grid for Maverick. Both teams finished the race respectably mid-pack amongst some very talented drivers
More importantly, we all had a great time raising vital funds for SpecialEffect to continue their incredible work, bringing the joy of video games to those with physical disabilities 💜

I’ve been thinking about this year’s International Women’s Day theme: Give to Gain.
For me, it’s a reminder that real progress happens when people support each other. Giving our time, backing one another and creating opportunities doesn’t take anything away - it creates more.
There’s still more to do across our industry, but progress starts with the environments we create in our own teams.
At Maverick Games, women have the space to grow without judgment. I’m proud of the women across the team who continue to push things forward.
It’s not something we only talk about on days like today. We’ll continue building on it because it’s simply the Maverick way.
Progress happens when people are given the space to succeed 💜
