Not sure how many of y'all will see this, just wanted to give a little update as to where I've been. We're doing good, trying to be a functioning adult has taken up most of my time this year and I've barely touched the tramp since the few posts I made this spring. Not sure how likely it is that i'll post on this account again but only future me knows that for sure, still have a love for flips and i'm very thankful for the entire community that's supported me throughout the years, you guys made it possible and kept me pushing for more. Going to do my best to still be somewhat involved in the community and hopefully still come to some events and whatnot here and there but this definitely feels somewhat like an end to my "career" with flips. It's unfortunate, I wanted this to end up as an actual career for me and something I could live off of, but I wouldn't trade a single moment of it for anything else. As for recent stuff, got a new car, a girlfriend i'm pretty fond of, and a good job with people I like, life is good. Finally to all of you who've ever supported me at one point or another, thank you❤️
