Two months ago, I decided to stop putting myself last and finally invest in me.

32 years ago today I went out on my very first date with this guy! Two days later he asked me to be his girlfriend! How could I not fall in love with him in that outfit! 🤣 This was after one of his basketball games! 15 & 17 years old…. Babies!! ❤️
When you’re feeling mischievous on a Wednesday night and message your colleagues on your team and tell them to play a prank on your boss the next day on our OAM TEAM call. Tell them all to bring something to drink out of that “IS NOT A CUP”!
It took him awhile to finally catch on! He noticed one right away, but then just kept talking and it took 3 more times before he finally caught on!
We have a “toy dump truck”, a motorcycle helmet, a popcorn maker, a camera lens, a small canister, & a large milk pitcher!

Our girl has been nominated for the honor society in her very first semester of graduate school at ETSU while working toward her doctorate in Occupational Therapy! 💛💙
She’s done this all while working 2 jobs and pushing through one of the hardest seasons of her life as she faced heartbreak and loss, letting go of a relationship she thought was her forever. Yet, she showed up every single day, stayed committed to her goals, and proved just how strong she is.
As she heads into final exams this week, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. 🙏 This semester hasn’t been easy, but she’s shown courage, grit, and grace and I know she’s going to do amazing things!
