My great-great-grand uncle Willie Lee was a performer from Cork who travelled around Ireland doing one man shows. It always meant a lot to me that there was someone in my family history who chose to be an actor like I did. I’ve had in my head that one day I would do a one man show like oul Willie. And this week I did it. My first time properly on stage in 15 years, performing a piece I’d written about the subject matter most on my heart, doing the thing I love most in the world. It was a lot. Who knows if you can really enjoy it it’s just such an intense mix of emotions all fighting to burst out so you do your best just to survive! Even so, I had an absolute blast and I’m so appreciative of all the support.
This is just the beginning for Felixxx.
