Inspired by Don DeLillo’s “White Noise”—in which a fictional chemical spill triggers existential dread—Gill saw the same themes play out in real life when he lost two family members to COVID-19 within 72 hours. For him, the pandemic brought that distant “white noise” into sharp focus.
His images capture moments of tragicomedy and resilience—a portrait of everyday lives poised between survival and uncertainty.
This rare volume is signed, individually numbered, and features 41 colour photographs across 59 pages.
