Happy to announce that Breathe records is taking over the bar on April 11th.
Between Wales and Amsterdam, Breathe is fronted by DJ and resident Jack Darwin. From podcasts and parties, Breathe’s footprint has been widespread since 2017.
At Café Café, first to join Jack in the booth is Peruvian born Mario Ignacio, a now NL based DJ and self described ‘record huntsman’. The ‘Tales of Dakno’ affiliate is well versed in scenes across Europe, and adds the necessary global flavour to complete the linup.
To round out the night, Breathe brings NITKA, a Rotterdam based duo between Nika and Nitram. Careful selectors, NITKA have lately taken their talent for curation through to the label side, with their project Rites of Passage being well worth looking into.

Siguiendo los principios y volviendo a donde todo empezó.
Era cuestión de tiempo para que Tales of Dakno volviera a Lima para recalcar la defensa de lo que es justo y necesario: el amor a la música y a los demás.
Para esto, Undersound destaca y se alza. Un colectivo de alta referencia que, para muchos, ha sido fuente de inspiración infinita desde su inicio.
En cartelera, Pi @trescomacatorcee llega desde Uruguay para apoderarse de la noche con su live set de etiqueta.
Por si no fuera suficiente, y para dar mucho más de qué hablar, otro live set de la joyita @acid_charlie
De la mano de tus favoritos @___.billy_ y @_marioignacio , quienes regresan con mucho gusto para tocar su música favorita y contar una nueva historia que vivirá en el recuerdo.
Esperen una velada amena, con música preparada con mucho cariño y nuevas, tanto como viejas, amistades reunidas.

It only took almost 3 years to come up with a gazellig gathering in me dearest Amsterdam. To finally be able to inscribe in the cosmos the first Amsterdanian Tales of Dakno: The Knosion Story.
A story that represents friendship, growth, and ultimately the struggle, ambition, and support of small brands; brands that share the same principles and have the potential to eat up the world.
Thanks to everyone that I met in this seemingly never-ending musical story of mine. Thanks, everyone, for the good and the bad. It is only the small victories, day by day, that made the inimaginable tangible.
Now, surrounded with good friends, music, and fashion, the idea of a little cheeky evening seems “not too shabby.”😂
With that spirit, I invite everyone that I had the luck to share time with in this city of dreams to pull up with, ofc, now—their sickest and hardest drip—to have a chat, a drink, and maaaybe a little dance to sick and well-curated music. To also enjoy the artistic manifestation-made clothes of @kno.sion . And if I do not personally know you or you are new in the city, please feel free to come to make some friends, have good food @feed.amsterdam , and ultimately a good time.

After days of meditating about recent life, it is with great gratitude, pride and love that we write and share this as a thank-you to everyone that made Tales of Dakno: The BCN story, a beautiful and relatable story. A story that can be told and has a special place in the hearts and memory of people.
A story that, because of hard work and blessed coincidence, allowed us to bring people from different backgrounds together, a story of skillful djs and their display of music collections, and a story of dance and so much fun with new and old friends.
The future is bright, we can see that when you do anything that comes from the heart, the Tales of Dakno vibes are corresponded.

Papolious Jones’ Human Vessel @briantophamm , the Egyptian messiah @yazeed.erth "Yazeed the Wise", a fixer so sharp that even the Ocean's Eleven crew was afraid of him @jjknowsbetter , together with the tales of dakno themselves @___.billy_ and @_marioignacio have agreed to come together to feed the turntables the finest cuts, ensuring the @kv2.audio sound system truly shines from midnight into the early hours of a cozy morning.

Suddenly more than a week has gone by and every day I still think about this. From the bottom of my heart thanks to everyone that came for the dance and for bringing the vibe. Traveling to play records with friends means the world to me ❤️. Thank you to all those who stand besides me and allow the belief that it is possible to make positive change through music.
