this nutty granola is one of the first recipes I ever made for my website 5 years ago, when I was in school for nutrition and learning how good nuts and seeds are for us, but never actually wanting to snack on them lol.
I created this mix of organic nuts and seeds, balanced with a little sweetness from maple and richness from molasses.—full of plant protein, fiber, omega-3s, and essential minerals it’s still my go-to snack and genuinely holds me over between meals!
