The entrance and bar are wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp leading to the restroom.

SENSORY NOTES
Cafe/Bar setting. Soft lighting and moderate-volume music. No sudden light changes or extreme sound levels. The atmosphere of the performance is rather calm and steady. Audience members are welcome to join the dancing if they wish.

This is my f*** the nice girl phase.
Over thirty years my default mode has been to adjust,
to observe,
make it easy.
Today I’m done.
I wanna be the monster, the witch, that shadow turning into demon.
The monster - the ultimate outsider, the non to the normative. The one daring to scream among the silent.
I dare more and I f*** up so much more. It’s scary. Life is simple like that, no?
Yet I get to dance these new dances.
more wicked
More witchy.
More real.
And I even dare say:
this is only the beginning.

This also feels like a good moment to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to @anidifranco I was thirteen when I first heard your music and it’s like I stepped into a whole new world. A world where I didn’t need to be a nice girl. I am Thinking of your strong voice as I start harvesting the fruits to the seeds that were planted these many years ago. Your music still has the same effect on me, thank you for your power💥🔥✨
I don’t know what to say. I have been scared to „pick up the brush“, to dig my hands into colour again because so much has happened. I was scared what it would bring forth. I was shy at first but then all what happened…was this, and it seems right and very fitting. Do with that what you want, see in it whatever you feel. I’m happy I dared. 🐛
