Sadly, as you all know, we are letting go of our space in Hermosa Beach. Our chapter is closing but the space is ideal (that is why we picked it!). We have mep plans approved and permits for a 1000 sq feet commissary kitchen (no hood just self contained hoodless oven with exhaust) and store front (retail) for bakery and coffee. Ideal for a coffee shop or a bakery and coffee shop. Happy to share the package that provides all the details. Really would love to find a sister or brother baker who would make this it’s dream home.
It brings us great sadness that this is @_maisonmacha 's last Sunday at the farmers' market 🥐 Her French vegan pastries will truly be missed 💜 There are so many challenges to running small businesses, which is why it is more important than ever to support local. 💕

We are sooo excited to share with you all that our next chapter has started. We have outgrown our current shared kitchen and have just signed a lease for our new bakery and specialty coffee space. After looking all over the city we decided to set camp close to my home in Hermosa Beach. It’s going to be epic and just like Maison Macha it’s going to diverse, innovative, inclusive, french, vegan, kosher, handcrafted and most of all rooted in artisan craft. Hoping to inspire and lead by example: never too late to change your path and follow your passion. The space will be our home and home to all of you who have been with us from day one.
