I’ve been ruminating on these questions for the past 3 years as it pertains to my own creative practice and those around me. I think it’s time to play and see what happens!

If you know me you know I hated the Barbie movie 😂
I’ve always said I could write an essay about how terrible the movie was so I did. Even if you don’t read the full article, which you should, I hope this post reminds you of the importance of media literacy and critique.
Don’t get me wrong, I still love Barbie and watch the animated movies on YouTube but removing the whimsy for propaganda is just insulting.
