5th in the world!!! 🌍✨⭐️🥹
Couldn’t be happier or prouder of tonight’s result. A lot of hard work paid off in the best way possible. I had so much fun out there. It’s going to take a while to process this one!
Thank you @hyroxworld Chicago.

Hyrox Warsaw - the PB race I forgot to talk about…
Race 2/3 in Warsaw… a solo pro run out 15 hours after an E15 result I wasn’t satisfied with. 59:03 was a small PB and felt so much more comfortable than the race the night before, and in a much better headspace. Just goes to show the impact of mindset.
I guess I didn’t really celebrate the PB, probably because I know I’m capable of more. Honestly, the race still felt sub-par and exposed some weaknesses. The standard is rising, but I’m going to rise with it 🫡.
Anyway, been working away behind the scenes and now out @clublasanta for the annual “last push” into world champs. The best place to find that last gear I was missing.🤘

55:41 for our first mixed doubles!!
I’ve been waiting for this moment for 2 years and it was all I’d hoped for and more! And, most importantly… @tomof_fit had fun 🤭. His first Hyrox and I’m so proud. Such a special way to close out the weekend. Something tells me this won’t be the last. ⚡️🩷

About last night…
Always an honour to line up against the world’s best! I had some big goals last night and unfortunately came up short. No excuses, just a lack of execution meant I was beaten by a hungrier and faster field on the day!
Happy with another sub 60 under my belt, it just wasn’t enough last night to compete with the crazy standard that these women are setting. Some great experience and lessons to take into the final build to Stockholm! I appreciate all the support. The vibes out there were so strong!
Job’s not done yet here in Warsaw… 👀🫡

Last major of the season incoming ⚡️
It feels like the clouds have finally lifted on a pretty turbulent few months. It reminds me of how I felt before Melbourne. For the first time in a while, I feel fired up to race, so I’m excited to see what I can do next week!
Nothing to lose, just a fun run out to see where we are in the build to the big one in June. More fun, less nerves. 🤘
Lost files from the emotional rollercoaster that was Hyrox London 🎞️🎢
1-7: the comeback 🤘
8: filling my cup doing cool sh*t with @redbulluk
9-11: an emotional finish line
12: “you’re on world record pace”
13-15: in hot pursuit of a confidence boost
16-17: a nervous wreck before a tough result
18: a tough result.
Lots of lessons, lots of tears, lots of smiles, but I’m grateful for all that Hyrox London was. It was special to have my people & team around me, and although not everything went to plan, we win or learn! Happy to say I’m feeling much more like myself this week, and the fire finally feels re-lit for the next chapter.

59:18!! ✨
Finally went sub 60!! And the 3rd U24 to ever do it! What a turnaround on last week. Much more to come, but for now I just want to say a huge thank you for the amount of support out there yesterday. That race meant the world, it gave me my smile back. And the best part is, this is just the start of the comeback.
