Two years of Chef Robbie Reyes at Lucky Danger đĽ
For the past two years, Chef Robbie has helped shape the food coming out of our kitchen with creativity, consistency, and a whole lot of flavor. From dialing in the dishes you come back for to continuing to push what Lucky Danger can be, his impact is all over this menu.
Hereâs to two years of late nights, new ideas, organized chaos, and plenty of delicious moments along the way.
Show Chef Robbie some love in the comments đ
Meet the Lucky Dâs Martini: Haku vodka, dry vermouth, olive brine, and Crab Rangoon-stuffed olivesâour take on a dirty martini.
@suntoryhakuvodka is made from Japanese white rice, giving it a softer, smoother, slightly more delicate profile than your standard grain vodka. Less sharp, more roundedâso the olive brine comes through cleanly without taking the whole drink straight into salt overload.
And because a standard martini garnish was never the move, we gave it the Lucky Danger treatment. Crab Rangoon-stuffed olivesâa nod to one of the great Chinese American takeout classics.
Now on the cocktail menu.
Lucky Danger is hiring!
