Jag deltar i Illustratörcentrums vykortspopup på Formcenter Väst i Göteborg den 14–16 juni!
I över ett sekel har vykort varit det klassiska sättet att säga ’Hej!’ till vänner och familj – som ett textmeddelande fast mer intressant! Från sina tidiga dagar som enkla tryckta kort på slutet av 1800-talet till dagens mer konstnärliga och varierade uttryck har vykortet förblivit en betydelsefull del av mänsklig kommunikation.
Mitt vykort är tänkt att fånga känslan av en världskarta i ett abstrakt manér. Jag har arbetat med överblivna garner i ryateknik.
