Fun fact about me that most of you didn’t know, my grandfather was also named Loukas Avgoustinatos. When he lived in California he first took the stage name Pierre Loukas, in tune with the entertainment industry at the time I guess, and later became known as Emmanuel Saint Laurent! He was a real showman who worked with some of the biggest names of his time and was friends with Telly Savalas, Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand, and Kirk Douglas. He always hired elite orchestra players to play live for his studio work and he even composed film music for Kirk Douglas and Telly Savalas.
He was born in Athens and through resilience went on to live the American dream. Fun fact: his own father owned a theater in Athens, so when people ask me, YES, the arts have clearly been in my blood for a long time 🤣🤣🤣
