Introducing POMA Coffee at LOCAL
POMA is a Danish coffee project led by Rasmus Madsen, combining agronomy, research, and roasting to explore how cultivation and environment shape coffee quality.
Working between partner farms and a climate-controlled research station in Denmark, POMA approaches coffee through both experimentation and production — from competition microlots to collaborations with producers applying their research at scale.
Rooted in a deep understanding of coffee at every stage of production, POMA’s work sits between science and craft.
