Do a solo Hyrox, I said… it’ll be fineeeee I saidddd. Easier than dating, can confirm! It’s like a functional breakdown, if you will. But honestly, have not been more proud of myself in a long time. Been a hell of a year, & I went alone to show up for myself in honestly the hardest physical thing I’ve ever done. Seeing all the friends and loved ones supporting their people, was incredible to see & feel. At my lowest, I got back up time & time again & have chosen myself when I didn’t know I could. Little me, Lindsay a few years ago, would be proud…if you need the reminder to do hard things, here it is. You’re always worth it.
Also, can confirm it’s a midlife fitness cult 🤣🤣 I’m hooked!
