Finally commissioned after 9 painful months!
Extremely grateful for my loved ones, friends and those who stood by me during this hard times!
It was a tough journey but I’m glad I have people around me who supported and encouraged me to stay on even though all of us just wanted to call it quits.
Leaving your family behind and going for deployments wasn’t easy but through the hardships we had out at sea, it made me realised why we train so hard and do the things we need to do.
Thank you 89th MIDS for the wonderful memories and the friendships forged. It’s only gonna get tougher from here!

2 months in and still surviving although everything is going to get harder from now on. More studies, more responsibilities and even more sleepless nights. Nevertheless, 7 more months to go with a bunch of goldfishes who’s going to sail in the deep blue sea.

Taking the first step is never easy but I’m glad I took it anyway. This photo was taken 3 years ago when I just graduated from ITE. 3 years later, i’m finally proud to wear it! Moving over from ITE to polytechnic wasn’t easy. It was stressful, tiring and honestly a very painful process sometimes. There were so many assignments at one go and time isn’t always the nicest to me and my course mates. But throughout this process, I’ve grown to be stronger and more confident not just as a filmmaker but also as a person. Of course, all this wouldn’t be possible without the help from my friends, lecturers and my love ones who has pushed me to be the better version of myself so yes, I’ve finally graduated from Ngee Ann FSV!
Thank you @big3sg for everything! it’s been a wonderful 6 months and i’m really very thankful for the experience. To the four wonderful people that’s in the camera office, thank you for teaching me everything i need to know and helping me grow as a person. Thank you for giving me opportunities to shoot a Hari Raya Video and a Horror film! To everyone at level 5 office, thank you for giving me a chance to go on so many wonderful shoots, big and small! And to the other interns from past to present, thank you for the joy and laughter in the office! Goodbye for now!
As i look back at this wonderful year, i thank my family and friends who have stayed and grow with me and the endless blessings that i have received.
so many things to be thankful for but I’m really thankful for the knowledge and skills that i have received from so many experienced people in the industry and I really am excited for what new project is to come and the challenges that i’ll face. Meeting this wonderful girl, @tytoalbaaa has also brought me lots of joy and laughter and i can’t wait to have more crazy crazy adventures with you❤️ Thank you 2017 for being such an awesome year and praying that 2018 will be a smooth and fruitful year, learning new skills, meeting new people and growing to be better person✨
