The term "dialectics" refers to two seemingly contradictory ideas that are both true. It signifies duality and balancing extremes, which we explored lyrically and sonically (and mentally) throughout the production of this record.

When I started recording my last EP, the engineer quit after our first session. He said he wasn't the right fit for my project, and I didn't want to know what that meant so I didn't ask.
I met Chris at one of my shows not too long after, and I hired him cause I could tell he loved what I was working on and my relationship to music (which is pretty intense).
Since then Chris has become my closest collaborator, co-writer, best friend, and teacher. I'm so proud that Mars & Other Planets' third record is a product of our partnership, in more ways than one.
The album drops very soon and we got a crazy show planned next month to celebrate. In the meantime we would love to see you tomorrow 1/17 at Gasa Gasa, show at 9 with our new drummer Lex 🖤
