Would you like to get started in hand lettering? In this workshop we will go through the beginner basics of hand-lettering: starting, sketching, drawing and inking.
The art of lettering lies somewhere between typography and calligraphy. It is a dance of letters, colors, and textures that contribute unique nuances to the words. Through a series of practical exercises, Nzilani will teach you how to unlock your creativity by sketching inspiring words – great for journaling, signage, decoration and more! Get ready to master the art of hand-lettering!

Kulula comes from the Kamba word meaning ‘to draw’ and is a creative art brand showcasing hand drawn items that are then digitally filled in with vibrant colours, coming through as quirky artworks. At Kulula you can find items such as greeting cards, notebooks, art prints, t-shirts and more.
@_kulula joins us on the first day of #popupandchillke on Saturday, October 12th at the lovely Florienta Gardens, 17 Rosslyn Lone Tree Estate Rd, off Limuru Road. Each day will feature a unique set of vendors, so for the ultimate experience, we highly recommend grabbing a two-day pass for both Saturday and Sunday.
