More about the book:
“Shiny City examines the “real” and imagined history of Riverside, California’s Chinatown, juxtaposed with a speculative shiny city of the global future … Shiny City reconstructs its own kind of history with beauty that emerges from between the cracks.”

There will be books for sale, a donation bar &, of course, community!
The Protect Adoptees and American Families (PAAF) Act would:
1) Grant all legally adopted people the citizenship they were promised but the government failed to deliver;
2) Keep American families together;
3) Recognize adoptees as full members of American families, equal to any American parents’ biological children;
4) Fulfill America’s promise that adoption means a final family

Momma cat and kittens update! Kittens are still nursing but also eating wet food. Momma cat lets me get about a foot or so by her but I cannot touch her yet. She doesn't hiss as much when I'm near the kittens.
