Our 10 Year in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely incredible! The nature was stunning, and the locals were beyond friendly! We had a beachside dinner in the “Romantic Zone” with our toes in the sand and live music! We also went horseback riding through the mountains and rivers, with @jmixx on 'Mojito' and me on 'Paloma'. We ended up at a waterfall, all to ourselves! Falling asleep to the ocean waves and waking up to whales passing by our balcony (3X!!!) was a dream.
Every day was filled with ocean swims, sunset views, and quality time together.
What a trip to cap off this decade!

When Jovaughn and I went on our first vacation together, it was LA. We looked at each other and said, “I wish we could live here”. In 2020, we sold everything, packed up our car with Dolce and set on our road trip to our new life.
I love my hometown Chicago to the core, but I would get bad seasonal depression. And to be honest, just felt like I had outgrown it and needed more nature in my life. In Chicago I was either at the beach or forest preserve, so when I got to LA I was in awe of my beautiful new environment.
LA was my refuge from a place in my life where I felt lost and depressed. I can leave my house and walk less than a block to Runyon, one the most iconic hikes, and feel so happy being in nature! I started my career in real estate, and felt like that feeling of being lost had faded, I found my new purpose!
LA has been the chapter in my life where I felt like I found myself and where I belong.
To see it go up in flames is beyond devastating! 💔
We had to evacuate yesterday as fire broke out on Runyon. Traffic was gridlocked, but we are safe.
I feel sooo bad for those that have lost their homes, the wildlife, the animals. I can’t even imagine going through something like that.
The blood is on the hands of @cagovernor and @karenbassla ! The negligence and unpreparedness is unacceptable!!! We pay the highest taxes and yet that money was not allocated to the priority of the residents and situations like this! It’s 2025 and one of the richest economies and yet we don’t have resources?!
So heartbroken, but I’m grateful to be safe and ok. My heart goes out to those who have lost everything!

Yesterday was one of those magical beach days! The waves were insane where we kept wiping out and laughing! There was tanning, reading, fruit-bowls, walking and talking for 30,000 steps, watching the sunset, eating a delicious dinner, and going back to walk the strand under the moonlight!
