A dance class for any body that moves.
We’ll warm up our bodies and minds and play some improvisational games. Could be good.

I accidentally found myself with 2 hours of studio time by myself and I am so grateful for the time to noodle. 5 yr old James Blake soundtrack really showed up for me.
It’s not important - but sometimes something emerges from this playtime that becomes something else. A nugget for future exploration. Or not 😂
