✨ So happy to finally share: I’m joining the cast of @canyoufeelitlive , a musical tribute to Michael Jackson, created by the same team behind Thriller Live (A hit in the West End), as a Male Vocal Swing on its China Tour 🇨🇳! Representing Brazil in a production like this is truly an honour and a deeply emotional moment. And even more than that, to be a reference for Brazilian artists who dream of taking their talent beyond borders… means everything. The famous “End of Exercise”! 🛳️⚓️🛟 But this time with a different feeling, with this “ending” coming a little earlier than it usually did before. I started this contract feeling lost, still learning how to deal with not having all my close friends from the previous contract around, holding into the hands of those who stayed with me in this one, and keeping my heart open so that the new people who would make their place in me could find the way clear. I will always be grateful to everyone who has crossed my path so far. If I live what I live today, it is thanks to every experience (whether good or bad) that shaped me and taught me something that will stay with me forever. My cast friends, thank you to every single one of you who supported me, held my hand, whether with my hyperfocus while creating my solo show, my emotional and personal struggles, or simply putting up with me annoying you whenever I had the chance haha! Thank you for every laugh, every conversation, every tear, every hug. You teach me so much, and I hope I’ve planted some seeds in you too. You are part of me now (and I better be part of you too, 🐷 b*tches)! I’ve missed you ever since our friendship was born, because I knew how painful it would be to say goodbye in the end. And that’s exactly how I feel now. Like I’m leaving a piece of myself behind. But I would do it all again a thousand times to have you with me. Thank you AIDA Cruises for believing in me and giving me the chance to take my voice beyond my country, even when I myself didn’t think I was capable. To every trainer, choreographer, musical director, managers, EVERYONE! Thank you to every guest who watched our shows, for all the kind messages, the photos. Thank you for recognizing and valuing our work on stage and beyond it! This is definitely not goodbye, but a see you soon. I’m off to live an important new chapter of and for my life right now, but with all my love I definitely leave the doors wide open for the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I LOVE YOU ALL! SEE YOU SOON! KABRAW: FROM BRASIL TO THE WORLD! 🇧🇷 ISSO É CALYPSO - @joelmaareal Eu jamais teria como criar um show solo que contasse um pouco da minha história sem colocar Calypso! @joelmaareal teve total influência na minha formação artística, e posso dizer como pessoa também. Mesmo sendo de São Paulo, passei bons aos da minha infância e adolescência em frente a tv assistindo todos dvds, colocando um pano cabeça e imitando cada coreografia que me era apresentada nesse banho de cultura que recebi anos atrás. E como sou grato por isso e por hoje ter a chance de levar um pouco disso comigo pra onde eu for! O Calypso é um ritmo marcado pela mistura de influências caribenhas, guitarras aceleradas, batidas envolventes e uma energia contagiante que convida à dança. Em Belém do Pará, ele se tornou muito mais do que um gênero musical: representa a criatividade, a alegria e a força cultural de um povo que transforma diferentes referências em identidade própria. Também carrega a essência da Amazônia, diversa, vibrante e cheia de vida. Joelma teve papel fundamental em levar esse som para todo o Brasil e para o mundo, ajudando a valorizar a cultura paraense e mostrando a potência artística que nasce no Norte do país! 🇧🇷🌏🌟 Joelma foi definitivamente minha primeira DIVA POP!

It was meant to happen now!
