👩🏾🎓🤟🏾💛 & I did it! By the grace of God in which who I give thanks to, this has been an overjoyed and amazing journey. Doing something that I love to do, equal to dance.
Imma keep this short as possible… I am very grateful to myself and others along the way who have seen and encouraged me. I am not done here, this is just the beginning. 🙏🏽 Just to be in this position is still surreal but I’m so grateful. & wherever I go, I know i’m in Gods hands.
I love deaf culture and it’s world, it’s helped shape me to be who I am honestly. Having two deaf grandparents and seeing their life journey of strength, love, etc. pushed me into this calling. This new chapter is a decision that I’m proud of. To see and say that I am officially an ASL to English Interpreter, praise 👏🏾. It’s not about the title but the impact that’s been happening and going to happen. This beginning has been revealing, not only through myself but my family, and other aspects along the way . I’m not even gonna lie I had moments where I was wondering if I could do this but because of the joy I felt through it, I persevered because I honestly do love it. 🤟🏾 This is truly a forever journey.
