A truly special project was released today. Well over a year has past since I got the chance to jump in on this album and lend a hand in getting it over the finish line. These were some of the most beautiful sessions I have ever been a part of. Jamming on the beginnings of what would become Bloodshot, Candycrush and the title track Wide eyed made me fall back in love with drumming. Mack you are a genius and a talent that is rarely seen these days and I am so thankful that I get to make music with you. Thank you for holding the space to allow me and everyone to create openly and freely. Thank you to my actual brother @_austindbrown for getting my head right all the time and working with me to achieve the drum sonics that i’ve always dreamed of and for giving these songs life and identity, you are a wizard producer. And thank you @dannycagan for believing in the boy and for proving to the world that mack is next up, you are a legend. And so many thanks to all the insanely talented writers and producers and creatives that lended their skills to this project, it’s a full team effort and i’m so thankful this project has such strong legs to run away with.
