The idea of turning 29 not only scared me but had me in a bitter place. The opportunities that fell short, the friendships and relationships that didn’t last, the times I was on the verge of losing everything; the countless mistakes. But what I once considered my most bitter moments became my biggest causes of gratitude.
For the first time I am accountable, for the first time I am both kind and patient to myself. For the first time everyone else is not the problem. For the first time I am okay with things not going the way I thought I wanted them to. It’s clear now GOD had work for me to do within. There was a need for me to be wise & humble enough to see that.
When I look in the mirror today I am so proud of the man I see. It’s been a long time since i’ve been able to say that and mean it. I pray GOD continue working on my heart and allow his light to shine in my life, in my relationships, and everywhere I go.
My brother and I put something special together. This one comes straight from the heart. Love to see and hear the growth over this past year. Can’t wait to see what we do for 2025 💪🏽
