I used to hate running. In high school I always associated it with cutting weight. And as I hit 25, I had a quarter life crisis and I always thought that people who run, seemed to have their life together. So I started. And over time, as I clocked mile after mile, race after race. Running gave me discipline, consistency, and clarity. Showing me the power of the mind and the amazing things the body can do. I’ve became addicted. I wanted to progress, get better and I told myself “Boston. That’s the goal”. I used to watch the Boston marathon as a kid. Every year, when i lived a block away from when the runners would pass by Framingham, we would walk out and give them high fives. I didn’t know the impact, reason, or why it was so important back then. I see it now. I see how great Boston is. Boston is strong and running for the home crowd is the dream i’m looking to make come true. My family is not very active and since I’ve started running. I’ve had friends and family coming along. Running has become a big part of my life. I would like to thank my Fiancé for always coming to watch me race even though she is not an early bird. I would love to be able to have my friends and family watch and support me run the #BostonMarathon Let’s make a dream come true! #TeamPolandSpring @polandspringwtr I would be honored and love to represent #TeamPolandSpring for the 130th Boston Marathon P.S. Poland Springs is the best water !

Hyrox Boston 2025 1:31:31 It’s a blessing to be able to compete. Firstly, I would like to thank @t_kilt_it for egging to sign up. I would to thank @lcxcupcake and @imhyobe for always waking up early and being there to support or apart of the races. And lastly thank you to @anthonynuge @teenerrrr @_thanhdoan @mkv.nguyen for coming to support the boys. I did not race my best but I am happy I was able to participate and compete in front of the home crowd. It’s back to the drawing board because I know I have more in the tank.

The timing on this picture could not be more perfect as @lcxcupcake and @jononooo are supporting us (thank you both) and take a pic that captures him running by in the middle of the race

Hyrox NYC 1:26:57 🤝 Can’t explain this feelin’, going to war with yourself and battling along side your brothers PR by just over 5 mins. Thought I raced very smooth, very balanced. Managed my energy well however cramps set in on the last run and had to pull over for longer than I wanted to. Overall very happy with my performance. Considering all the traveling I’ve been doing, the training paid off and it shows. Had so much fun racing and ready to dominate again next time.
