Serendipitously found myself at this animal shelter five years ago. A part of me remained there and I had the privilege of returning recently to see and be involved in the amazing work they do.
When I first arrived here, I wasn’t confident around dogs. On the fourth day of this visit, Quinoa the wolf let me pet her!
Anne, the matriarch of the shelter, is an incredible person. She pours her whole heart into this place. The work is tough though and help is always needed!
