32 Today I'm celebrating a year of creation, commitment, humility, and heart. I had the opportunity to marvel in magic and love in new ways. Truly a lot of love this year. I'm also continuing to learn what my body needs and how I can be better at truly listening to it, not just hearing it. I'm grateful for the support I have as I navigate my health journey. I am someone who loves to experience all that life has to offer. Sometimes that means I push and pull myself in many different directions all at once. Sometimes that means that my mind is zooming from thought to thought and feeling to feeling. What I have come to realize is that my ability and desire to soak in all that is around me needs balance and mindfulness. 32 is the year of harmony. -Be in awe as my sister @liatyael_pastry married the love of her life @reuven_hanan and experience all they have created in their home. -Be lucky and grateful to get to love and be loved by Alexis everyday. @alexis.mg -Produced incredible campaigns including Maestro, BEEF, Henry Sugar, I Think You Should Leave, Geeked Week, and many many more. -Traveled all over the country and globe. And if my math is correct, I flew just about over 47,000 miles just this year. -Changed Crohn's medication and continue to become more attuned to my body. -Furthered solidified brotherhood, created breakthroughs, and saw my true strength in Guatemala on Sea Level. Also I now love cryotherapy and cold plunges. @sealevelretreat -Celebrated another year in LA

Happy 60th Birthday, Mom! Your presence in my life has been a constant source of love, joy, and unwavering support. You embody the very essence of radiant strength. Your warmth and compassion touch the lives of everyone you encounter, nurturing not only family, but also countless friends. How you show up on this planet is a reminder of the power of empathy and the impact a single person can have on the world, inspiring all to infuse light in every aspect of life. Thank you for blessing us by simply being you. Wishing you a year of health and happiness.

While I'm still processing the fact that my sister is now married (🤯), all I can think about is one word - magic. The wedding was simply in Liat and Reuven's vision - filled with love, spirit, history, connection, and beauty. The evening represented the creation of all things possible when we embrace with open arms. My tears could not stop on that day, seeing my sister's smile as she looked at the love her life, as she looked at her community, as she looked at her future. I am so overjoyed for the two of them and where they get to go hand in hand and joy in joy. To those who were able to attend in-person or online, thank you for participating in the incredible and immeasurable happiness - magic. Cheers to the Advas ❤️

31 Today I'm celebrating a year of surrender, curiosity, and connection. This year had some of the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Each experience was an opportunity to create a new perspective, a new stretch, a new appreciation in gratitude, and a new connection to who I am as a man. You can always find a little golden nugget in any situation in order to create something powerful from vision. F*ck the how, trust the why and I. -Had my second intestinal surgery for Crohn's disease and established a new connection with my body. I am no longer in an argument, but rather a curious and accepting conversation with it. 2023 is the year of body. -Visited my 40th country and got to explore Morocco with the one, the only @liatyael_pastry -Fell in love ❤️ -Produced amazing projects for Netflix, Nike, Rosalía, Rihanna, and many more. -Made more money than I've ever made before while also taking off the most amount of time I've ever taken before. -Created epiphanies and breakthroughs in contribution, vulnerability, sense of self, strength, and love at @atlasprojectofficial . Met some of the most incredible and important people of my life in that room. -Drove through the desert with @wi11_i_yum to see my favorite band, @arcticmonkeys , for the first time since COVID. -Had our 2nd short film screen at multiple festivals, @chriswronkaa -Loving contribution and creating from the perspective of coach (more to come in 2023!) -Celebrated one year in LA
