No pretty post today. This is Mogra Nalla (the irony) thatās adjacent to my building in Lokhandwala. My area has been seriously infested with mosquitoes. Thereās fumigation happening in my building EVERY DAY (wish I could say Iām exaggerating). I did some digging, found out- this dump yard of a creek has been the breeding ground for mosquitoes for like a DECADE (see last slide).
And instead of cleaning, covering, taking action against builders dumping construction waste in here @my_bmc decides itās better for the residents to inhale insecticides everyday.
@my_bmc canāt take care of problems in places where itās claimed to have developed, and wants to cut down 45000 trees for ādevelopmentā š¤”

Funny how fear softens when you stop trying to control the moment āØ
When the bee landed on my hair, my mom said, ājust like a hair clip.ā And honestly, that tiny shift in perspective made me calm down instantly.
I keep going back to this video as a reminder that when you stop trying to control the situation, you can actually appreciate it- The softness of the moment, momās words and the beauty of this tiny creature I was so scared of seconds before.
Sometimes the answer isnāt to fight harder or run faster. Sometimes you just have to let it bee š¼š

So when my great aunt said she saw this saree and thought of me,
