Still over the moon about FBD 🤩
I grew up believing in the power of connection. On having the right people in the right room to move an entire industry forward. Last week proved it.
Thankful to every single person who travelled to Valencia to be part of it. And to the industry legends who sat with us on those panels and trusted us to ask the real questions. What a dream team line up!

Happy days! The sun is out... summer is approaching.... and I have beautiful news to share.
I’ve joined @fourvenues as Head of Events 🎉
Fourvenues is building THE operating system for venues, beach clubs, arenas and festivals. I couldn’t be more proud to be part of a team of 200 incredibly talented, motivated people who are reshaping the music and events industry.
I’ll be leading our B2B events and industry presence across the music world, and spearheading FBD @funbusinessdays , our own conference, as we take it global 🚀
Here’s the thing: I’ve been low-key obsessed with industry conferences my whole career. The learning, the connecting, the sense of where the world is moving. I’ve always believed the best conversations happen in a room full of the right people. Now I get to build those rooms.
I feel like everything I’ve done in my career has been pointing here. Full circle moment ❤️

A couple months ago I felt it was time to step away from my career as an agent. Moving forward also meant letting go… including saying goodbye to my wonderful team at MAC Artists, who I miss deeply 🥰
I want to thank @lindsay_maclaren for being such a great mentor, and for caring so deeply for your team. Working alongside you has been a gift. And @racheysavage … as everyone knows you are simply the BEST.
Traveling the globe working, building, and enjoying life… I’ll always be grateful. I love you and I’m so lucky to have you both in my life as friends.
It also miss working daily with all the incredible artists I took care of... as well as their teams. I can’t wait to see you again soon ❤️
I got to work with the professionals that create the best entertainment and party experiences in the world 🎊 Asia is such a vibrant and fascinating continent, and I built beautiful friendships there. Can’t tag you all… but I will be back soon, on holidays, to pop some bottles together 🍾

An unforgettable ADE this year. One for the books! ✨
From early breakfasts and deep-dive meetings to high-quality panels about the Asian market, connecting with incredible new artists, and hosting our own MAC Artists dinner with dear friends and partners. I also had the honor of joining the official conference program as a speaker for the first time, a truly special milestone. 🙏
Fewer parties, no time to see and hug everyone I wanted… but more balance 🧘🏻♀️… I made space for a sauna & cold plunge (see last slides).
Back in Spain feeling grateful, recharged, and inspired for what’s next. 💫

As I finish organizing my schedule for Amsterdam Dance Event, I can’t help but think about all the memories from these years immersed in the music industry, studios, stages, travels, sleepless nights, and countless lessons that have helped me grow both professionally and personally.

After a busy summer and not having scheduled any holidays, I recently felt a sense of exhaustion that reminded me how essential it is to pause, breathe, and disconnect.
I decided to turn off my phones and head to the mountains for a couple of days. In search of silence, calm, and the reminder that taking care of ourselves is also part of the work.
Still on an emotional high ✨ Last Wednesday I had the honor of attending the Latin Grammys 2025 Special Gala in Seville, dedicated to the music of Andalucía.
Powerful tributes to Joaquín Sabina, Alejandro Sanz, Miguel Ríos, Raphael, Rocío Jurado, Lola Flores, and Camarón gave me goosebumps. Unforgettable moments: Kiki Morente & Lagartija Nick remembering “Omega”, Estopa & Yeray Cortés honoring Camarón, Manuel Carrasco dedicating his song to Palestinian children, and the moving “Contigo” by Rozalén & Leiva.
