Started from just wanting to form a little dance club/gig. Looking for someone to hit the dance floor with and share the same vibes Now it’s turned into something more: meeting new friends from different towers, different backgrounds, different shifts… all coming together for the same reason 💖 No budget, no dance coach just pure love for dancing and a way to destress from work HAHA Didn’t expect it to grow like this, but I’m so glad it did. I love you all 🫶 It hurts to see some of you go, even knowing it wasn’t your choice (life happens). ADC will never be the same without you. Early this year, our company’s engagement team launched the General Interest Groups (GIG) initiative, which aims to bring colleagues together through shared interests. When I was assigned to lead the Dance Group, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of colleagues who signed up and showed genuine excitement to be part of it. 🥰 Fast forward to October 2025, we were invited to perform at our Year-End Party. With only six (6) days of practice, I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished. Despite having different shifts and coming from various teams and towers, everyone showed incredible commitment, teamwork, and passion; It truly paid off. Beyond sharing our love for dancing, we’ve built a special bond that’s truly irreplaceable. I’m so happy we get to do what we love outside of work.
