The blood and bruises signifies the pain, wounds and torture people go through being theirselves or trying to be themselves.
Pride doesn’t stand for homosexuality . It stands for every human who go out of their way and conventionality of society to be themselves, to be happy, to make a difference and this journey or process comes with a lot of struggles and pain.
Some die, some survive, some persons give up but to those that struggle and triumph? To those that have been destined to triumph to those that keep trying to be themselves? The colors of the rainbow would always be brighter than the bruises than the sky, it’s just a struggle I guess.
A struggle that would always pass. IT’S JUST A PHASE.
