We bought a house, well, it will be a house soon anyway, we are standing where the kitchen will be eventually 😊. There’s a lot of big feelings leaving the Chicago area to move to Tennessee… it’s a lot, but it’s also so exciting and something I didn’t think was ever going to be possible. I am filled with excitement, love, joy and gratitude. @courtneykernsorman thank you for taking this leap with me, the road ahead is winding but we will travel it hand-in-hand. Things in America are way past the point where people can say they don’t want to talk about what is happening. If you say things are ok, or you think people are overreacting, you’re admitting you’re soulless, as far as I’m concerned you’re a collaborator, and you disgust me. I don’t care if it’s because your heads in the sand. I don’t care if you’re worried you will alienate people for saying something. I don’t care if you don’t want to talk because you’re not seeing the worst of it play out in your neighborhood, it’s happening in your country, and that should be more than enough to get your blood boiling. ICE executed people in the street, and the White House tells you “no we didn’t, and if we did, the people shot were terrorists who deserved it.” ICE has let people die in their care, or has been responsible for the death themselves. Ice is responsible for the death of a man with special care needs, they locked up his father who WAS here legally, and was the man’s only caregiver. ICE uses chemical weapons on children, they’ve even used them on a preschool y’all!!! These are weak men, taking out their anger on the only people they can see as weaker than themselves. If you don’t stand up, say something, do something, talk to your friends, your groups, your neighbors, anyone that you can, then YOU are part of the problem. The whole world could literally be on fire for some people and as long as it was causing suffering to brown people and the disadvantaged they would be pro the god damn flames.
Join the general strike this Friday if/how you can. No work.
No school.
No shopping.
If you’re a real one, and not a fucking gross, boot licking loser, hit the evil pukes at the top in the only way they understand, monetarily.

I’m really lucky to have this family, my little crew gives me more than I could ever ask for. Halloween was a blast, and celebrating our little humans birth this weekend was wonderful. The world is on fire so I’m trying to take a moment to practice remembering why we keep fighting… it’s for them, and the rest of our friends, family, neighbors and humanity itself.

There is no rhyme or reason to when I post stuff. Been feeling really creative lately, really wanting to try and engage with the people that like what I do, but I suppose if I was serious about this I’d try harder to play the algorithm game… not sure my ADHD will let me do that tho 😂. 9 times outta 10 I’m late to my day job cause I can’t focus and keep myself on task for even that, what hope have I of posting when it’s the “optimal time”?
