HKer Bakery @_hker_r ..aka an Asian Bakery obsession! It's no secret I love Asian bakeries (ok, ok, I love ALL good bakeries 😇😂), so quite often, you will see us popping to Edinburgh on Saturday mornings to get our fix! It's around 3 years since I've first tasted the amazing creations from HKer and I've got quite hooked! A family run business with traditional and fusion bakes. If you visit Edinburgh Farmer's Market @edfarmersmarket on Saturdays and you smell a cloud of sweet garlic heaven, just follow your nose and it will take you straight to the HKer Bakery's stall. Make sure you try their HK Garlic Cheese Bread, which is an experience of its own.. it's soft, cheesy, creamy, garlicky with the right level of sweetness to make your taste buds dance! A solid favourite of mine is the ever so cute Cheese and Sausage bread shaped as a lion or an octopus!.. almost too cute to eat, but hey, it's too delicious not too!
