Going through old photos on facebook today and came across this one. It was 2017 Sweetest Day. My baby turned 2 months old that day. I was sad, lonely and a few other things. I saw that another filmmaker in the city (Detroit) was having a movie premiere. It was all over facebook so I thought 💭 why not. I was not spending Sweetest Day alone and I wanted to see what the hype was all about so I called the number posted to buy tickets. 🎟️ Pulled up on him, purchased a ticket and went to the premiere. This was the beginning of my film journey. After that premiere, I decided I wanted to give it a try and I did. I haven’t looked back since. Deceitful Passions was my entrance. I’m so thankful.
