I was feeling a little lost until @manuelneto.co shared an image he’d been doodling around with. Thanks to excellent direction & vision from @jrcanest , I went ahead and used some of the blurry qualities and colors from Manuel’s image in some of the style I’d been exploring. I think that’s my favorite part about working with a team; how we inspire each other and make each other better.

I also created a poster with @ordinaryfolkco for the @missionary_com documentary. We landed on an idea where rays of light reveal the six missionaries highlighted in the film. The figures overlap each other in a way that roughly mimics a singular figure silhouette, representing their work for the same purpose. I enjoyed trying some new-to-me techniques on this one. Super thanks to Ordinary Folk for the direction and type treatment.
It’s been awhile! 👋 I’ve had a busy summer - navigating motherhood of a one-year old and feeling energized to explore work again. I am still happily a full time stay-at-home Mom, but have had some amazing opportunities with amazing studios, working part-time in my evenings and weekends.
