Not gonna front I opened up the sample pack when it first dropped for this battle a month or so ago and wasn’t feeling those joints but thought I’d pull up just to support and catch a vibe. About a week or so before this event I seen a name on the card I wanted to take out solely. (That brotha didn’t even show up) Reached out to get the samples Friday night and freaked my 5 beats by Saturday night. I did a good 12 hours just in those 2 nights banging these out. I knew a bunch of heads where gonna just take the loop and tap chop it, no dig at anyone I respect it, I just do what I do and kept layering a bunch of sounds, hi pass, lo pass, horns, vocal stabs. The beats came out ill. Not my particular vibe but I was comfortable with what I did. Anyone who got to witness this I just want to say I hope you guys enjoyed this sound mission from a true original curator in Underground Hip Hop. Big ups
