7 years in the making, today I got my brown belt from @jackraymondbainbridge at @gbtuggerah I have had some of the most miserable times training BJJ and some of the best. I have made some fantastic friends over the years and hope to make many more. Thanks to all that have helped me through this journey.
Today my youngest daughter's got another step closer to being assassin's. I am so proud of them continuing to turn up to class each week and fighting against girls and boys often bigger and stronger than them.
Thanks to the team at @gbtuggerah and most of all @zerotimeworldchamp@jackbainbridgegb72 is the best coach the girls could ask for.
