2025 both started and ended a lot differently than I ever thought it would.
Life has been challenging but beautiful and Iโm grateful for every minute of it ๐ค
4 generations under one roof ๐ค
Once upon a time we were all together in the same little town, but life had other plans and now these visits mean more to me than I could ever explain.
Nan, Pa & Aunty finally meeting Sadie, family reunited from NZ.. so grateful for the love that built us and the little ones who carry it forward ๐ค
This was one of the moments Iโd been looking forward to the whole trip, visiting the Fortingall Yew, said to be the oldest tree in Europe and possibly the world ๐ณ
Estimated to be between 5000-9000 years old.
To finally see it, in the quiet of a small churchyard cemetery, with no one else around, felt surreal. Just us, this ancient tree, and thousands of years of history in its roots.
A reminder of how small we are in time.
