2025âŚthe year i said F U to my anxiety and self-doubtđŤśđź
What a rollercoaster of a yearâŚstarted off with huge and scary changes, then had an amazing time being part of the most incredible event, then got plunged back into the darkness with so much uncertainty surrounding my job and my future. However, I ended the year on such a high being given the chance to experience management work and became a trainer.
None of this would have been possible without the insane amount of support from all of these incredible people. I donât care if itâs âcringeâ but I wouldnât be where I am or who I am without them. Thank you for understanding me, letting me be myself, and giving me the confidence to show off what I can doâŚI love you allâ¤ď¸

and how could I forget my little ones𼚠Forever grateful I get to teach these beautiful girls and share my love with themâŚI am so proud of how hard they have worked and I canât wait to see their smiles light up the stageđ

To my babiesâŚ
It has taken me a while to feel ready to say my final goodbye but, as I get ready to welcome some new babies into my life, I know that now is the perfect time.
They say animals have a bigger impact on our lives than humans and, my goodness, they arenât wrong! Pumpkin and Pickles, you came into my life at a time where I was really struggling and felt so alone. Creating our special bond and seeing you grow made every day worth waking up for. Squiggles, you joined our family a little later on and I didnât realise how much I needed you until you were here! From throwing a tantrum every time I tried to pick you up to cuddle time being your favourite part of the day, I will forever be grateful you joined our little family.
Looking back at all these videos just reminded me how much of a difference you made to me. I got you as support pets and you went above and beyond that, and I will forever be indebted to you for helping me be who I am today.

Take this as your reminder that itâs okay not to be okay and to not keep things bottled up inside. Talk to someone, whether that someone be a human or an animal, and let yourself be helped.
