Happy #GotchaDay to my perfect angels β€οΈ One year ago today, I brought home these adorable sisters from @hhcmrescue , thinking I'd foster them for a few weeks or months. π Fun fact π In 2010, this bridge was renamed after Jean Baptiste Point du Sable, the first non-Indigenous settler in what is now Chicago. He was a well-educated, Black (and - based on historical records and his statue likeness - also hot af) fur trader.

Mornin' π΅π .
Working on my first lay-audience publication.
